Lt. Col Jamwal felicitated for scaling Mt. Everest

JAMMU: Maharaja Hari Singh Vichar Manch on Tuesday felicitated Lt. Col. R.S Jamwal VSM, 3 Jat Battalion for scaling Mount Everest thrice in last two years.
In this regard, a function was organised by President of the Manch Advocate B.S. Jamwal, Jurists London.
The members of the Manch said that Lt. Col. R.S Jamwal who is a son of the soil has conquered the highest peak of the world with his sheer hard work, dedication and will power. Retired Chief Engineer O.P Dubey and Advocate B.S Jamwal appreciated the commanding job of Lt. Col. R.S. Jamwal by scaling the highest peak of the world and raising the name of the Jammu and Kashmir State, particularly Dogras.
Lt. Col. R.S. Jamwal garlanded the portrait of Maharaja Hari Singh, and, while sharing his experiences, expressed his desire to meet the challenge for the fourth time if he was permitted to do so by the Indian Army to make a world record. Sanjeev Manmotra, Himanchal Singh Salathia, N.D. Sharma (Retired Bureaucrat), Maj. Gen. (Retd.) Goverdhan Singh VSM, Parkash Singh Jamwal, Er. Govinder Singh, Sawhney V.K. (Patel), Yousaf Khan, Sunny Sharma, Dhayan Singh, J.P. Singh (C.B.I) and others were also present.
