seconded the resolution and demanded equitable development of all the three regions of the state.

while speaking in favour of the resolution said
that the Government should give focus to all the three regions of the State, so that no area or region of J&K feels neglected.
Surinder Choudhary opposed the resolution and said that instead of making the developmental projects city-centric, the Government should consider starting such
projects in far flung areas of the State like Pir-Panjal.

prioritizing urban
areas, State Government should focus on the developmental work in rural areas.
