KISHTWAR: In a shocking incident, a labourer died on the spot after he slipped from the construction site in Dulhasti Power Station. The labourer identified as Ab.Qoyoom resident of Batote Darmodh died on the spot while he was doing grooting work and slipped down from more than 100 ft of height.
