JAMMU: Tawi House, headed by Kapil Sharma, won the overall champion trophy Annual sports Day, conducted by KS Public School in the school premises, here on Friday. Different events like march past, kho-kho and kabaddi held in the meet.
Jhelum House bagged kho-kho trophy while kabaddi trophy went to Chenab House. Ajay Sharma and Kapil Sharma got the trophies in kabaddi.
In girls Lemon Race, Harshita, Neha and Manya got the first, second and third position respectively while in boys section, Krish, Arit and Piyush bagged first, second and third position respectively.
In 100 meters, Vishal, Nanit and Hiteshwar got first second and third prize in boys section while Simran, Manvi and Sonia bagged furst, second and third prize respectively in girls section.
In frog Race group 1, Madhav, Gagandeep and Naman got first, second and third position respectively and in group II, Ayush, Sonia, Kapirath, Aman Naik, Rananjay, Palak Tikoo, Karan and Sahil got the prizes.
Spoon Lemon Race: In group 1, Neharika, Prakriti and Shivali got first, second and third prize and Preetika, Shakshi Charak and Roshni got first, second and third prize respectively while
In group II, Ritika Verma, Jiya Goja and Ananya Sharma got first, second and third prize.
In boys, Nandan Kumar, Shivam Khajuria, Jatin Salathia and Ritik Sharma (joined) got first, second and third prize respectively.
In three leg race Neharika and Roshni, Shivali and Priya, Anuradha Bhagat and Muskaan got the prizes.
Rishi Singh and Sheshupal were the Coaches of the event.
Principal of the School, Seema Malhotra distributed prizes and certificates among the students. Chairperson Sudesh Sharma and Director of the School Mukta Sharma were the Chief Guests of the Annual Sports Day.
