KC Wheat products today successfully organised a chef workshop where the company launched its new products like improved quality maida, besan, atta and sooji.
The workshop was witnessed by chefs from Jammu & Kashmir and different parts of India.
Cullinary Expert and Chef Balram the brainchild behind the workshop said the use of bakery ingredients and the art of making dough is key to the quality of Bakery product
Chefs showed their artisanal skills by preparing different dishes like breads, cake, assorted mithais from the wide array of KC Products.
The workshop indeed had a great enthusiasm from the chefs by welcoming the new techniques and fusion dishes curated by KC wheat products.
The company, KC Wheat Products have a great spread of products ranging from Kc Chakki Atta, Maida, Suji, Besan, Fine atta.The General Manager Sales & Marketing,Mr Anmol Kamal mentioned that it has been a great demand from our Dealers,Bakers and chefs to introduce such workshops for effective use of Ingridents and a great opportunity to learn & Polish Skills for preparing different array of products from KC foods. The Workshop will be Conducted on regular intervals to enhance the cooking skills and for skill enhancement of Chefs from our UT.
