JAMMU: After successful conduct of the activity, the district level trials for GAIL India Speedstar at Kathua shall take place on 17th December to pick up talented stuff for zonal level selection. The district unit of the organisers, National Yuva Cooperative Society (NYCS), has also invited athletes from adjoining districts of Samba, Udhampur and Reasi.
“The day-long activity is supported by the Anglian Medal Hunt Company through their technical representative. We have tried to reach out to every educational institution of the district giving a wide coverage to the event and expecting a positive response from the young male and female athletes in the age groups of 11-14 years and 15 to 17 years,” District Representative, Kathua, Akshay Bharati said .
