SRINAGAR: People of Khanyar have never accepted intoxicants and immorality, therefore this is the time to support the cause to root out these evils from Society. If voted to power, Kashmir Development Front (KDF) on the very first day of Assembly will submit a Bill against liquor and immorality besides raising its voice for reduction in electricity tariff by 70 percent and 10 KG ration to all citizens irrespective of number of family members. This was stated by KDF Chief Renzushah on Saturday during a road show in Khanyar.
He said that both PDP and NC have betrayed people of Srinagar. Renzushah said that Khanyar is craving for development but the incumbent regime has shown utter neglect in mitigating the sufferings of people.
Sheikh Firdous on the occasion asked youth of Khanyar to raise their voice and make ballot as effective instrument to express their anguish against NC and PDP. Accusing leaders of other parties of buying votes, Sheikh Firdous said, “I believe in winning hearts rather than purchasing the heads”.
