Karva Chouth; CCBL arranges Mehndi services for women customers

JAMMU: The Citizens’ Co-operative Bank Ltd (CCBL) celebrated the festival of Karva Chouth by arranging Mehndi services at all its branches with a view to establish a direct connect with the women customers of the bank.
Chairman The Citizens’ Cooperative Bank Ltd, Dinesh Gupta, while speaking on the occasion, spelled out the importance of Karva Chouth which was initially celebrated in northern part of India which falls on the 4th day of full moon in the month of Kartik but now has become a global affair, where the females keep fast from sunrise to moon rise to seek the longevity, well being and prosperity of their husbands so that they may stay together happily aongwith their families. He conveyed good wishes to the patrons, share holders and customers of the bank.
Chairman added that with this initiative the footfall of women customers in the bank will increase and excepted that such functions will enhance the business of the bank. Besides this, the customers were explained about the deposit and loan facilities available with the bank branches and other services provided by the bank to its clients.
Deepak Gupta, Vice-Chairman, Karunesh Gupta, Parshotam Singh Pawar, Charanjit Singh Raina, Directors, Sandeep Pachn-anda and Himashu Beotra, Professional Directors wished all its customers, clients and staff in particular and public in general a prosperous and happy life for years to come.
Ashok Goswamy, Managing Director, Kuldeep Kr. Gupta, General Manager, Rajeev Dogra and Aswhani Kapoor Chief Managers were also present on the occasion.
