RAJOURI: Kalam Foundation on Friday delivered a cheque of Rs 10,000 to the father of National Hero and the soldier of Indian Army Naseer Ahmed for the education of Martyr’s son Shoaib Naseer.
Naseer Ahmed who was serving in the Indian Army and was deployed in Rajouri Sector, attained martyrdom while safeguarding the national borders.
Chairman of the Foundation Khalil A. Banday saluted the brave hearts who sacrificed their lives for the country.
Kalam Foundation had promised on the seminar day that foundation will sponsor studies of his son Shoaib and keeping that promise alive, the cheque of Rs. 10,000 was delivered to the grandfather of Shoaib.
Chairman APJ Abdul Kalam Human Welfare Foundation, Khalil A Banday assured Shoaib and his grand father that, Kalam Foundation will take care of his needs in future too.
