JAMMU: Kabaddi Association of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday shortlisted probable after two-day of selection process for coaching camp prior to participation in the 6th edition of the Yuva Kabaddi Series to be held in Tamil Nadu. The selection process took place at Kabaddi arena within MA Stadium, here for age group between 18 years and 23 years for 80 kg weight category under the guidance of Sudesh and Manik Sharma. The coaching camp shall start from September 3. This was stated by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Association, Kuldeep Gupta. “Players from all the districts of J&K participated in the trails. There was encouraging response from the young players. Now, these selected probable shall undergo coaching camp to be under the guidance of technical team including coaches Mohd. Amin and Arshid Ahmad Rather,” informed the CEO. The concluding day of the trials witness boys being presented certificates by the special guest, Rajesh Gupta, chairman Tourism Federation of Jammu in the presence of Surinder Mohan (general secretary), S. S. Gill (vice president), Sangram Singh (treasurer), Sandeep Singh, Anil Modi, Sanjeet Kumar and Ashok Kumar.
