JAMMU: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) on Tuesday held a protest against the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti’s statement on Art 370 in the Legislative Assembly.
Sunil Dimple, President JWAM was reacting strongly on the statement of the Chief Minister on the floor of the Assembly in which she said that those, targeting the Art 370 are anti-nationals.
Dimple appealed to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP ministers, MLAs, MLCs to immediately withdraw support from the PDP as it has levelled serious charges of anti-national on the people of the State and country.
Dimple asked Prime Minister and BJP ministers to clear their stand on this allegation levelled by the Mehbooba Mufti.
Dimple also said it is shame on the part of BJP and the PM Narinder Modi Prime Minister that they sought the mandate of Jammu region on the abrogation of the Art 370 and delimitation.
But BJP ministers, MLAs, MLCs, were seen thumping tables in the Assembly during Mehbooba’s speech when she was targeting the Prime Minister on Art 370 in her speech and was insulting the people of the Jammu region.
Others present in the protest were Randheer Singh Bali, Dev Raj, Mukesh, Ashok Koul, Vipan, Harbans Tondan and Ravinder Mishra.
