SRINAGAR: Judge, High Court of Jammu and Kashmir, Justice Ali Mohammad Magray, on Thursday, visited district Pulwama and inspected flood affected courts of the district besides taking stock of the damage caused to judicial records and infrastructure.
Principal District and Sessions Judge, Pulwama, Jawad Ahmad and senior officer of the district administration also accompanied him.
While visiting Munsif Court, temporarily established in EDI Complex, Pampore, Justice Magray asked concerned authorities to take necessary measures for rebuilding disposed off damaged records. He also instructed civil administration for expediting dewatering from court complex Pampore besides carrying out renovation works of the complex on war footing.
Meanwhile, Justice Magray appreciated the court staff for their timely efforts to save judicial records from damage due to floods.
Justice Magray also inspected relief camp established in EDI Complex and impressed upon the relief distributing agencies to ensure that genuine flood affected are provided relief.
