JAMMU: Jammu Tawi Golf Course is organising Junior Golf Camps. First camp will take place from 27th March to 2nd April 2017 and second camp from 3rd to 9th April 2017 at Jammu Tawi Golf Course Sidhra. This was stated by Secretary Jammu Tawi Golf Course (JTGC), Manav Gupta in a handout issued, here on Friday.
The camps are open to kids between the ages of 6 and 14 and each camp will be from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, he said.
Manav informed that the goal of this programme is to teach kids ‘Golf in a Fun and Safe environment’.
“Our camps will include the fundamentals of both, the full swing and short game,” he said adding that every student will receive a welcom gift at the beginning of the camp.
Prizes will also be awarded at the end of each camp, he added.
“Campers should bring their own clubs, but we will supply clubs for those who do not have any,” he disclosed.
