JAMMU: Member of Parliament BJP, Jammu and Chairman Telephone Advisory Committee Jugal Kishore Sharma chaired third Telephone Advisory Committee meeting at BSNL Office Jammu to review the working of BSNL and also the measures taken to provide services to the satisfaction of the consumers.
Jugal also sought the details regarding up gradation of BSNL towers in rural areas as the people often complaint of the poor services as compared to other service providers. He expressed concern over the poor services beyond Akhnoor upto Poonch.
In the meeting, Jugal said that the BSNL has best infrastructure with highly qualified technical staff but still the people are not satisfied, which is indeed very unfortunate and the senior officials should take it seriously and plug the loop holes so that the subscribers are not made to suffer any more.
Jugal was accompanied by General Manager Goutam Lal, Joint General Manager Kulbushan Sharma, DGM HR, Randhir Singh, DGM Finance Ratana Basotra, AGM S.K Mahaldar, DE’s, SDO’s and other concerned staff.
