NEW DELHI: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament from Jammu-Poonch Parliamentary Constituency, Jugal Kishore Sharma met Union Home Minister, Rajnath Singh at New Delhi on Friday and submitted a memorandum for the problems being faced by the residents of villages Samoh and Chaparyal covered by the defence forces falling beyond the border fencing. He along with President of Refugees Action Committee Labha Ram Gandhi and others further submitted a representation containing grievances of the youth belonging to West Pakistan Refugee community related to recruitment in army. Rajnath Singh, on receiving the representation and after getting details about the sort of problems faced by the youth, said that whatever has been brought into notice will be looked into sympathetically and assured that their issues would be sort out for participation of the youth in future army recruitment rallies in the State.
Jugal and others expressed thanks to the Union Home Minister for the concern shown by him. Refugee Action Committee office bearers Sukhdev Singh Manhas, Jagdish Singh Manhas, Jaswant Singh and Balbir Raj also accompanied Jugal during his meeting with the Defence Minister.
