JAMMU: Joint Secretary of the Jammu and Kashmir State Sports Council, Shiv Kumar Sharma on Friday held a detailed discussion with the lower staff to ascertain the facts with regard to their working conditions. Almost everyone from ground staff, class-IV and those contractual employees held detailed deliberations informing the Joint Secretary about their difficulties and suggested possible remedial measures. “It was long due to interact with lower staff working at different stadiums and coaching centres in Jammu. A number of issues came up for discussion amidst suggestions for improvement. I have assured the staff of taking up the issues at the appropriate platform,” said Joint Secretary, Shiv Kumar Sharma.
