Jodhamal shines in State Swimming Championship

JAMMU: Students of Jodhamal Public School brought laurels by winning nine medals including four gold and five silver in the State Level Swimming Competition, held recently under the aegis of Department of Youth Services and Sports, J and K.
Jodhamal students, Vidhur Kumar won one gold and two silvers, Varinda two gold and one silver and Khushi one gold and two silver medals. These students would be representing J and K State at the Nationals in Rajkot, Gujarat.
The Principal, Trilok Singh Bist congratulated the team and the coaches for a great performance.
The winners were felicitated in a special assembly by Trilok Singh Bist, who said that the route of success lies in “hard work and dedication”. He applauded the efforts of the students for adding more medals to the Jodhamal family and encouraged them to strive continue in the future also.
