JAMMU: JK Public School Kunjwani has yet again proved its mettle by bringing laurels in CBSE Class 12 result and emerging as torch bearer among the CBSE schools in the State.
Speaking to media persons here on Wednesday, S.K Singh Principal JK Public School Kunjwani said that whenever the CBSE results are declared, the schools whose students top the result in the respective States claim such an achievement.
He asserted that seamless efforts of school faculty in providing much desired boost to students and resourceful support of management have proved vital in achieving landmark result in CBSE Class 12 giving an edge to the institution in becoming unchallenged leader in the State.
“It’s my privilege to proudly announce that our student Shivani Matiyal has topped the Science Stream (Medical) by scoring 96.6 per cent marks and Mahima Sharma of Commerce Stream has shared the top slot with 96.4 per cent marks,” Singh informed adding that a total of 36 students scored above 90 per cent marks and 101 out of 140 students scored above 75 per cent.
“The subject toppers are Shivani Matiyal (Biology-99 per cent), Ukshay Sharma (Chemistry-98 per cent), Bhumica Dutta (Math-99 per cent), Jaskirat Singh (Business Studies – 98 per cent), Layeka (PHE-99 per cent) and Mahima Sharma (Economics-99 per cent)”, he announced.
Singh had all the praise for the teaching fraternity who left no stone unturned to bring out the prospective of the students. He applauded the achievers and wished them good luck for their future endeavours.
