KATHUA: JK Public School, Kathua celebrated the Earth Day on Friday in the school premises. Special assembly was conducted in which Principal, Anil Pathania highlighted the importance of celebrating Earth Day.
In the address to the students he said that our sheer ignorance has begun to cause severe problems.
Further he added that, the main objective of celebrating the Earth Day should be to innovate new ideas and solutions to protect our planet.
Students from class 1st to 5th participated in Poster-Making competition and class 6th to 9th students enthusiastically made best out waste material.
