Jkiians shine in JU Yuva Verse 2025 Model United Nations

JAMMU: A delegation of students from JK Public School, Kunjwani, participated in the JU Yuva Verse 2025 (MUN) hosted by University of Jammu on 6th, 7th and 8th Nov 2025, which celebrated diplomacy, leadership and the power of youth dialogue. It provided a vibrant platform for students to deliberate on pressing global and national issues, helping them develop the skills of negotiation, communication and critical thinking the conference, showcasing remarkable confidence, analytical ability, and a deep understanding of international relations.

At the valedictory ceremony of this great event, the outstanding performances of the JK Public School delegates were highly recognized. Mohd. Ali Khan was awarded Best Delegate in the UNW Committee, while Rhythm Choudhary received High Commendation in the same committee. Jasmeet Singh secured High Commendation from the AIPPM Committee, and Ahmed Ibtisam Hijazi earned a Special Mention for his thoughtful contributions. Ayush Khajuria, Kannu Priya, and Harman Singh were appreciated with Verbal Mentions in the JKLA Committee, whereas Samee Ur Rehman Malik and Sakinder Choudhary received Verbal Mentions from the UNW Committee. Sunpreet Singh was also honored with a Verbal Mention in AIPPM.
Shashi Chaudhary, Director JK Educational Society and Rajesh Rathore congratulated the winners and felicitated them in the School Assembly.
They also lauded their mentors Renu Uppal, TGT, Rajan Singh, PGT and Dr Gurleen Kour, TGT for motivating and preparing the students for such a platform.
The achievements of JK Public School, Kunjwani at JU Yuva Verse 25 (MUN) stand as a testament to the school’s commitment to nurturing articulate, informed, and responsible global citizens.
