JK Public School shines at Sahodaya Inter-School Sports Competitions, wins multiple medals in Athletics and Roller Skating

JAMMU: JK Public School has once again demonstrated its excellence in sports by securing an impressive tally of medals in two prestigious Sahodaya Inter-School events held this week.

JK Public School Kunjwani faculty felicitating winner students of the school.

At the Sahodaya Inter-School Athletic Meet held from 19-21 Nov 2026 at Doon International School, JKPS athletes delivered outstanding performances, clinching 3 Gold Medals, 3 Silver Medals and 2 Bronze Medals.
The winners are Shoaib Khan, Gold in Long Jump. Advik Jyoti, Gold in High Jump and Lovesh Rattee, Gold in Discuss Throw. Dhananjay Sharma, Silver in Shot Put. Aaditya verma, Silver in Long Jump. Manat, Silver in High Jump. Karman Kour, Bronze Medal in Long Jump. Deewanshi Thakur, Bronze in Short Put.
Continuing this winning streak, the school also achieved remarkable success at the Sahodaya Inter-School Roller Skating Competition, hosted by Jammu Sanskriti School on 22nd November, 2025, wherein two talented skaters of JK Public School secured 1 Gold Medal and 1 Bronze Medal. The winners are Neelesh, Gold Medal and Shoray Gupta, Bronze Medal.
Director of JK Educational Society, Shashi Chaudhary, and Principal, Rajesh Rathore, congratulated all the winners for bringing glory to the institution.
They also appreciated the dedicated efforts of the school coaches, Shiv Dev Singh, Varun Anand and HOD (Sports) Subash Chander, whose guidance and training played a vital role in the students’ success. The school management expressed pride in the young athletes and reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing talent and promoting holistic development.
