JAMMU: General Knowledge is an important aspect of education, as it helps kids perceive, analyse and understand the world around them and improve their social and general awareness.
It is rewarding in many ways: it enriches the minds of children by improving their analytical and thinking abilities, widening their knowledge and preparing them for life ahead.

Glimpses of Mass General Knowledge quiz at J K Public School Panjtirthi.

With this aim, JK Public School Panjtirthi organised a Mass General Knowledge quiz.
The quiz was based on the Current affairs and G.K questions drilled in the morning assembly.
For every class, there were different quiz masters. All the quiz masters were able to maintain the motivating environment for the students. Students displayed their intellectual skill and posed a stiff competition for their rivals.
It was heartening to see the children brimming with enthusiasm and exuberance while competing with each other.
The winners were awarded with sweets and special gifts.
“The early stages of child’s development are very crucial for their mental, social, and physical development and well-being. This is the time when they will gain general knowledge, social skills, emotional skills, reasoning skills, and thinking skills. Moreover, exposure to knowledge-based activities will increase thinking ability, perception, knowledge, and interpersonal communication abilities,” said the Principal of JKPS Panjtirthi, Suman Banbah.
