JAMMU: JK Public School Kunjwani shined at National Javelin Day & District Division Level Competitions. At the National Javelin Day Competitions held on August 7, 2025 at Gulshan Ground, Jammu, the school secured an impressive medal tally of one gold, two silver, and one bronze. The achievers included Anjali Verma (Gold), Aryan Katal and Antriksh Bhagat (Silver each), and Digvijay Singh (Bronze).
In the District Division Level Competitions held from 6-8 August 2025 at Khelgaon, Nagrota, the Jammu District team emerged victorious in Football (U-14 Boys) in the final match. Prabhat Singh and Arnesh Singh of JK Public School Kunjwani represented Jammu District in the tournament. Notably, Prabhat Singh was honoured as one of the Best Players of the Tournament, scoring five goals and earning selection for the upcoming State-level competitions.
Shashi Chaudhary, Director, JK Educational Society, and Rajesh Rathore, Principal, JK Public School Kunjwani, congratulated the winners and felicitated them during the school assembly.
They also commended Elija Sotra (School Football Coach) and Shiv Dev Singh (Athletics Coach) for their dedicated training and guidance.
