JAMMU: One of the most important tasks for a school is to orient and enlighten the new set of parents , who come to the school with aspirations and dreams for their children.
Kindergarten is an exciting and emotional time for parents and children. JK Public School, Kunjwani organized an orientation programme for the parents of Toddlers’ World students on Tuesday.
It was a conscious effort to make the new parents understand how Toddlers’ World lays the foundation of learning for the kids on the onset of a wonderful school journey.
Parents were also briefed about the school’s vision, mission and philosophy. Coordinator of Toddlers’ World Shivangini Pandotra accorded a heartfelt welcome to the parents and explained the curriculum and co-curricular activities, which emphasize math skills, language skills, motor skills and a lot more.
School Coordinator Inderjeet Kour sought support and suggestions from the parents to provide best education and growth opportunities to the children of the school, and shared few tips on good parenting.
At last she also spoke about the implementation of new National Education Policy and upcoming transformations in the current education systems.
She made parents feel that they are now a part of JK Public School Family and thanked them.
Later Ramesh Singh briefed parents about fee structure. The parents were happy to attend the orientation and get acquainted with the learning of their wards. The orientation winded up on a note of gratification and satisfaction.
