JK Public School Kunjwani celebrates Annual Day

JAMMU: JK Public School, Kunjwani celebrated the first step to ‘Silver Jubilee’ in the school’s Nelsum Exquisite Millennium Hall with cultural bonanza.
The event was graced with traditional and auspicious lamp lighting as a tribute to Maa Saraswati by Raj Daluja, Chairman, J and K Public School, Kunjwani, Patron, Neelam Daluja, Members of Management Sidharth Daluja, Sara Daluja, Brig. Sukhdev Singh Director JK Educational Society, Shashi Chaudhary Principal JK College of Education, Suman Banbah Principal JK Public School, Panjtirthi and S.K Singh Principal JK Public School, Kunjwani .
Professor Ashok Aima, Vice-chancellor, Central University of Jammu was the Chief Guest and Shahid Saleem Dar, Deputy Excise Commissioner Executive Jammu was the Guest of Honour.
Further, Suman Banbah, Principal JK Public School, Panjtirthi presented the welcome speech.
Later, Aima in his speech adjured the teachers to exhort the students to explore their potential and channelise it in a positive direction. He said that students should be motivated to adopt the principles of APJ Abul Kalam Azad for their wholesome personality development. He also highlighted the importance of logical abilities in children. He said that curriculum should be planned such a way that the children should get the chance to expand their mental horizon. He also congratulated the chairman of the school for distributing quality education to the future of Jammu.
Students presented various eye-catching items. The themes of the Cultural Bonanza were Seasons, Helpers of the society and Our Festivals. Children showcased each theme very beautifully. The event encouraged and gave an opportunity to each student of Toddlers’ World to showcase their talent. The cultural programme culminated with the Grand Finale ‘Unity in Diversity’ which was a delight to watch. The Chairman of the School, Raj Daluja presented a token of love to the Chief Guest and the Guest of Honour.
The vote of thanks was presented by the Coordinator of the Toddlers World, Jaya J. Paul.
