J&K Karatekas clinch medals in All Japan Tenshinkan Karate Meet, qualify in Shodan Black Belt Grade

JAMMU: Young and promising karatekas from J&K namely Sensei Utkarsh Bhau, Sensei Jasleen Kour and Sensei Chakshu Bhau by showing tremendous and marvelous performance have clinched one gold & two bronze medals in All Japan Tenshinkan Karate Meet and successfully qualify in Shodan Black Belt Grade.
The India Tenshinkan Karate Do team was led by Koshi Hasrat Ali Khan Chief Instructor India.
As per the release, Sensei Utkarsh Bhau, Sensei Jasleen Kour and Sensei Chakshu Bhau have firstly attended the seminar/ Hard Training at Tenshinkan Karate-Do Federation Japan which was taken by Kancho Mamoru Miwa, the World Chief Instructor Tenshinkan Karate-Do Federation Japan after that Kancho Mamoru Miwa has awarded Shodan Grade (Black Belt) to all the players.
They added that both the players were imparted special training by Koshi Hasrat Ali Khan & Sensei Aruna Sharma Coach after that they were selected for undergoing seminar/ Hard Training at Tenshinkan Karate-Do Federation Japan.
Further, after reaching Jammu team of the players were warm welcomed by the Association members and their families.
Sukhbir Singh Hony General Secretary has appreciated and praised the players after the Shodan Black Belt Grade and called for more participation of younger generation in this sports activity.
Further, he said it is proud for us that our youngsters from Jammu have qualify in the Shodan Black Belt Grade from World Headquarter Japan.
