JAMMU: Voting is not only a right, it is a responsibility. National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of JK College of Education organised a debate competition on the current issue “To cast vote right or responsibility” on Friday. Students participated enthusiastically. Some students spoke in favour of the motion while few spoke against the motion. The purpose of the debate was to make the students aware on the current issue and endorse the feeling of right to vote in student community.
