Srinagar: National General Secretary and J&K incharge Tarun Chugh along with J&K BJP General Secretary Sunil Sharma chaired a meeting of “Seva Pakhwada” (a fortnight of service) with party state office bearers and senior leaders at Srinagar, to take stock of preparations for “Seva Pakhwada” starting from September 17, which will be Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 72nd birthday, to hold several events till October 2, Gandhi Jayanti .
Chugh said that the Campaign will also be run to promote tree plantation and cleanliness, as well as make people aware of the need to conserve water and Blood donation camps and health check-up camps will also be organised. BJP leaders have been asked to propagate the welfare schemes of the Modi government and also publicise the messages shared by crores of beneficiaries of such schemes.
Chugh asked party leaders to upload such messages on the NaMo App and.also instructed them to promote the book Modi @20.
