HC restrains respondents from interfering

JAMMU: Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J and K High Court on Saturday restrained respondents from interfering in the land of the petitioners comprised in Khasra No 111/32 situated at Village Nandni.
In the petition filed by one Suraj Parkash and his son, residents of Nandni Tehsil and District Jammu seeking direction to Revenue Department to effect demarcation of the boundary of village Gole and village Nandni and further commanding the respondents not to interfere or encroach upon the land owned and possessed by the petitioners in Khasra No.111/32 situated at village Nandni Tehsil Jammu without demarcating and settling boundary of both the villages.
The petitioners have submitted that they are owners in possession of said land and respondent has no right, title or interest to intrude upon said land without demarcating the boundary line of village Nandni and Gole and if they succeed in encroaching upon this land, it will cause irreparable loss to the petitioners besides causing multiplicity in the litigation.
Justice Kotwal issued notice to respondents and directed that till next date the respondents are restrained from interfering in the land of the petitioners. JNF
