JAMMU: One of the oldest clubs affiliated with the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA), Jammu Cricket Club (JCC) has collaborated with the newly established Sehwag Cricket Academy to work together for an ultimate goal of producing international stuff from the State.
This was decided by the JCC in a meeting held with the representatives of the Academy recently. As per a handout issued by the JCC, the Club shall be providing the talented cricketers from the Academy a platform to exhibit their talent at the domestic level.
On the other hand, the Academy has agreed in principal to give due exposure to those trainers and allied staff of the Club at the national and international level.
Earlier, during a visit to the city in connection with formal launch of the Cricket Academy, Varinder Sehwag and President of the JCC, Mithun Manhas as also General Secretary, V.K Malhotra held deliberations in this regard.
