JAMMU: Vimaljit, Body Builder of Jammu and Kashmir UT, under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council has been selected in the Indian team for upcoming 14th South Asian Championship which is scheduled for June 6 to 10, 2024 in Maldives.
By virtue of his performance in the selection trial, Vimaljit was declared as the best athlete.
Body Building Association of Jammu and Kashmir (BBAJK) Rajesh Dutta applauded Vimaljit for the prominence of Body Building sports in the UT and bringing laurels for the country at the highest level of podium.
He appealed youth to join sports and educate the youth of the country to the nation Nasha Mukht.
Other present were Vinay Sharma Vice President, Naresh Gupta, Rahul Bakshi, Sachin Singh and Yasvinder Bali.
