JAMMU: Three Jammu artists are participating a four-day long National Art Camp starting from 27th December, 2016 being organised by Society for Prabal Pramanik Academy of Arts, Bhamlada, Pathankot in association with Himachal Art Heritage, Sunder Nagar (HP), Art Fort India, Chandigarh and Verman Cultural Celebrations (Jammu) at the Society campus. Renowned artist from different parts of the country are participating in this camp. According to Arup Chandra, President of Society for Prabal Pramanik’s Academy of Arts, Jang S. Verman, Anuradha Devi and Shivali Jamwal (Jammu) are among other artists like Sankari Mitra, Kolkatta, Naveen Dhiman, Sunder Nagar (HP), Nijeena Neelambaran (Kerala), Prabhinder Lall and Kamaljit Kaur (Chandigarh), Harpreet Kaur and Navdeep Singh (Jalandhar), Roma Bahl (New Delhi) and Arup Chandra (Bhamlada).
Jang S. Verman, a well known artist from Jammu has participated in many international and national level art exhibitions and camps in various parts of the country. He has displayed his art at Jammu, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, New Delhi, Amritsar, Kolkatta, Lucknow, Simla etc. Anuradha and Shivali Jamwal are young artists who have paved their path in the field of art through their talent.
