JAMMU: Jambu Lochan Civil Society expressed concern over the problems being faced by the general public at a meeting held here on Thursday.
The participants discussed various issues including regulation of traffic, over-speeding of mini buses, implementation of speed governors in mini buses, maintenance of canal, making of speed breakers on particular spots, proper functioning of traffic lights, etc.
A 20-member executive body of the society was also formed who will take up these issues with the concerned authorities.
Those who were present in the meeting include Ch. Kamal Singh, Rajesh Thakur, Kuldeep Katoch, Veena Rathore, Uttam Gupta, Ranjeev Ahluwalia, Parneesh Mahajan, Rajesh Uppal, Ravi Razdan, Sanjay Sharma, Gurvinder Bhatia, Amit Jandyal and O.P Gupta.
