JAMMU: Jahaan NGO in Collaboration with Rotary Club of Jammu Stars on Wednesday organized a Blood Donation Camp at Trikuta Nagar, Jammu. The NGO Jahaan was established by Sonali Verma in the name of her Son Jahaan in the year 2016 and ever since the NGO has been doing social work by organizing various camps and drives like the one held today at Trikurta Nagar Jammu. President Rotary Club of Jammu Stars, Ritika Mahajan Co-ordinated in organsiing this event in collaboration with Jahaan NGO. The Blood Donation camp was inaugurated by Kunwrani Dr Ritu Singh (Founder Chairperson FICCI FLO, Jammu Kashmir Ladhakh Region, an eminent social worker, Dr Dushyant Sharma District Governor Rotary Club Norther Region and SSP Randheer Singh.
Speaking on the occasion Kunwrani Ritu Kumar congratulated the NGO and the Rotary Club Jammu for organizing these events regularly and stressed that more people should come and regularly organize such drives. Krisha Group was the hospitality partner for the event, where as the event was covered by THE MEMORY TRUNK a famous event photography group. Dr Meena Sindhu HOD Blood Bank SMGS Hospital organized the mobile bus for the blood donation camp.
Prominent among those present on the occasion included S K Sharma, former Commissioner Income Tax, Dr Navneet Kour Director Regional Red Cross , Jammu, Swati Dadheechi and Ashish from Krisha Group, Vikram Puri AAP Leader, Seema Verma , Dr Vikram Handa, Payal Jain (Chairperson, Women Do Ride), Dr Nikhil (Psychologist), Manpreet Kour, Singh Sonia, Anchal Sharma, Renu Sharma, Anu and Ankita Bansal (Eventos).
Towards the end Sonali Verma the founder of Jahaan, NGO thanked all the dignitaries for taking time out for this Noble Cause, with special thanks to Ritika Mahajan for helping in organizing this event.
