JAMMU: The members of Joint Action Committee (JAC) held a meeting in Thakurdwara Khoohwala Nowshera under the chairmanship of Madan Lal Abrol in which the participants welcomed the judgment of Jammu and Kashmir High Court disallowing the reservation in promotions.
The participants demanded that the High Court judgment should immediately be implemented in the State. The participants elected Pt Narender Sharma as President Joint Action Committee Nowshera.
Prominent among those present include Sita Ram, Narsing Dass Sharma, Mukesh Kumar, Sunil Bakshi, Jugal Kishore, Baldev, Gurdev Singh, Sukhdev Sharma, JP Singh, Rajesh Choudhary, and Pawan Kumar.
