JAMMU: The spirit of knowledge, wisdom and new beginnings illuminated campus of JK Group of Colleges as students and faculty came together to celebrate Basant Panchami with great fervor and enthusiasm.
The event was a vibrant tribute to Goddess Saraswati, the harbinger of wisdom and learning.
The celebration commenced with “Saraswati Puja” where everyone sought the blessings of the goddess for academic success and enlightenment. The campus was adorned with yellow flowers and kites. A series of cultural performances including dance, devotional songs and poetry recitations captivated the audience.
The event concluded with the distribution of Prasad. The celebration of Basant Panchami truly encapsulated the essence of learning, culture and tradition leaving everyone with renewed motivation and positivity.
