JAMMU: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC), Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, has approved two-year extension for DIG Udhampur Sarah Afzal Ahmed Rizvi, IPS (GJ:2008), for her inter-cadre deputation.
“The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs for extension of inter cadre deputation tenure of Sarah Afzal Ahmed Rizvi, IPS (GJ:2008) from Gujarat cadre to AGMUT cadre (UT of J&K) for a period of two years beyond October 20, 2025, on the grounds of personal hardship,” read an order issued by Sakshi Mittal, Director, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions.
