JAMMU: Prof Bhim Singh, Chief Patron of National Panthers Party urged Ram Nath Kovind, President of India to invoke Section 92 of J and K Constitution by dissolving J and K Assembly and invoke Governor Rule in the bleeding State of J and K.
In a statement issued here on Tuesday, NPP Supremo said that there is no governance in the entire State of J and K whereas situation in Jammu Municipal limits has crossed the flash point because of the presence of Burmese Rohingyas in total defiance of law. The Mehbooba-BJP Government in J and K has failed to govern which is evident from the situation that has reached a flash point and there is no law and order in the entire State of J and K, he said.

He called on the Governor, N.N Vohra that he should convene an All Party Meeting in which Hurriyat Conference leaders should also be invited. He also called on the angry youth in the State to desist from acts of violence and ensure that the people of all the three regions of the State feel safe and protected which is very important for the security and safety of those who have been feeling insecure in either of the three regions of the State.
Singh also urged the President of India for his urgent intervention to ensure that Burmese Rohingyas are peacefully shifted from Jammu Municipal limits to some place outside the State. He also urged the President to instruct the Governor of J and K to withdraw all pending cases against the political activists, mostly youth, who have been facing illegal and politically motivated trials, mostly the Panthers Party activists.
