BHADARWAH: A two day Inter Zone Tournament for U/17 and U/14 age group of girls oragnised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports was inaugurated by Additional SP Bhadarwah, Sargum Shukla here on Friday.
District Youth Services and Sports Officer Doda, Swami Raj and other officers of the department were also present on the occasion.
About 230 students from various zones of District Doda participated in kho-kho, kabaddi and volleyball. In U/17 category kho-kho, Bhadarwah defeated Bhalla Zone, while in kabaddi Ghatt trounced Thathri Zone and in volleyball Bhalla defeated Bhaderwah Zone. In U/14 category kho-kho, Bhadarwah defeated Doda Zone, in kabaddi Ghatt beat Bhagwah Zone.
