RAJOURI: Army Goodwill Public School Rajouri excelled in Inter-School Tournament of Rajouri and Darhal Zone for boys and girls under-17 which concluded at Mini Stadium, here on Wednesday.
A total of 248 boys and girls from 16 government as well as private schools participated in the tournament.
This tournament was organised as the part of annual activity calendar of the department by Wali Mohammad, Zonal Physical Education Officer Rajouri under the supervision of Madan Lal, the Joint Director Youth Services and Sports Jammu.
The final results:
BOYS Kabaddi: Army Goodwill Public School Rajouri defeated Government High School (GHS) Gurdan Bala; kho-kho: Army Goodwill Public School Rajouri beat International Higher Secondary School Rajouri; Volleyball: Army Goodwill Public School Rajouri trounced Government Boys Higher Secondary School Darhal.
GIRLS Kabaddi: GGHS Jawaharnagar defeated GHS Thandikassi; kho-kho: Army Goodwill Public School Rajouri beat GGHS Jawaharnagar; Volleyball: Army Goodwill Public School Rajouri trounced GGHS Jawaharnagar.
