SRINAGAR: Expressing shock at the killing People Democratic Party (PDP) General Secretary Rafi Ahmad Mir said such acts don’t serve any purpose except creating personal tragedies.
He conveyed party’s deep felt grief and solidarity to the family of the deceased.
Mir said the unending cycle of death and destruction should stop in Kashmir to allow it grow and progress.
He said reoccurrence of such dastardly incidents in unfortunate which has till now only devastated families and increased the number of orphans and widows in the society.
He termed the incident an act of extreme cowardice and said innocent killings have no place in a civilized society.
Expressing solidarity with the bereaved family, he prayed for the everlasting peace of the deceased soul.
