JAMMU: Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) expressed concern over the massive damage occurred to the industrial units due to lightening and thunderstorm in the mid night of August 4 and 5, 2017.
In the meeting held here on Saturday, Romesh Gupta of Trikuta Steel Rolling Mills informed about the massive damage occurred to their shed and plant and machinery due to heavy storm, thundering and lightening resulting in huge financial losses to the unit holders.
President BBIA Lalit Mahajan appealed to Minister for Industries and Commerce, Chander Parkash to look into the matter and compensate the unit holder for the damages occurred to his unit due to natural calamity.
