KATHUA: Incharge School Education Officers Lecturers Forum (ISEOLF) held a meeting to discuss the progress in getting regularisation of all cadres i.e CEOs, Principals, ZEOs, Lecturers, Headmasters for which ISEOLF has left no door unknocked since 2014 but no concrete and time bssound action has been taken by the authorities till date.
The participants expressed great resentment that the consolidated data in the Directorate Office Jammu was deleted by unknown officials in the directorate which must be consolidated again. Addressing the meeting Chairman of the Forum Amar Nath Thakur said that the matter has been discussed in detail with all authorities and Director Jammu has been requested to get the whole data updated of all the cadres at the earliest.
Thakur welcomed the initiative taken by Commission Secretary School Education Shaleen Kabra for regularising all 77 Incharge Joint Directors, Chief Education Officers and Principal of SIEs and DIETS.
He said out of 77 incharge officer 62 have already retired till date and presently serving CEOs and equivalent would have to wait till 77 officers are regularised to get the posts cleared.
Thakur appealed to Commissioner Secretary to issue the regularisation order of all left out ZEOs, lecturers and headmasters who are waiting for their seniority since 2011-12 till date and their files are pending in the civil secretariat for disposal which has been already sent by the Directorates of Jammu and Kashmir.
Surjit Singh President Headmaster Forum, Dileep Kumar Dhar President ZEO’s Association, Tara Mani, Ashwani Sharma, Bansi Lal, Tara Chand, Member of Incharge +2 Lecturers, Des Raj Headmaster also spoke on the occasion.
