Dear Editor,
Negligence, casual approach and absence of stringent law enforcement on roads are proving too costly, with 350 deaths reported daily in the country. We need to improve the road safety measures which are only 3/10 at the moment, as per the WHO. It can be done by improving awareness, setting up training centres, issuing driving license only after proper written and practical exams and sincere implementation of road safety norms.
