SRINAGAR: After having been brought on promotion list “E” in terms of PHQ, J&K order No. 4347 of 2022 dated December 31, 2022 and 721 of 2025 dated February 25, 2025, IGP Kashmir V.K Birdi on Saturday issued formal promotion orders in respect of 175 Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs) of Executive Police, having their lien and seniority with Kashmir Zone to the rank of Sub-Inspectors (SIs).
IGP Kashmir Zone has felicitated the promoted officers and their families and expressed hope that they will strive to work hard for upkeeping the public peace, tranquillity and law and order of the Union Territory of J&K.
