Baramullah: Suspected militants exploded an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) when a group of army personnel was passing-by resulting in the injuries to three army men. The incident took place in Baramulla district Thursday morning after which a huge contingent of forces cordoned off the area to nab the militants. However, no arrest was made till the reports last came in.
