Human Rights Day commemorated at Jammu Sanskriti

JAMMU: Jammu Sanskriti School commemorated Human Rights Day by organising special assembly in the school campus on Wednesday. A overview of human rights was presented by teacher Trishna Sharma to spread the awareness about united nations declaration on human rights.
Day’s events included skit and poster making activity for classes VII and VIII on theme ‘UN and its works on Human rights’.
Principal- cum-Vice Chairperson, Rohini Aima said that every human being is entitled to some basic rights for which awareness of these rights is of utmost importance.
Jammu Sanskriti School staff took a pledge to sensitise the students through education and awareness programmes in promoting the human rights of freedom, justice, respect and dignity.
