UDHAMPUR: A housewife attempted suicide by consuming poisonous substance in her house at Udhampur.
According to a report, a housewife identified as 25 years Nisha Devi wife of Vicky Sharma resident of Jakheni locality in Udhampur took some poisonous substances in her house to end her life. On seeing her lying unconscious, her family members shifted her to District Hospital Udhampur. Doctors washed her stomach and till filing last report her condition was stated be stable. Police has registered a case and launched the investigation
