JAMMU: The Upper House on Friday took up a Bill moved by Naresh Kumar Gupta ‘to provide for operation and regulation of banquet halls and farm houses in the State and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto’.
The Bill was withdrawn after satisfactory reply by the Minister of State for Health, Social Welfare and Housing & Urban Development, Asiea Naqash.
