Dear Editor,
Refer to the remark by RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat that everyone born in India is Hindu. I may correct the gentleman that everyone born in India is Hindustani by nationality, but Hindu, Muslim, Christian, Sikh or else by religion. A Hindu born in any country will remain a Hindu. However, nationality can be changed by following the laws of citizenship of a country, but not the religion. All of us are certainly proud of being ‘Hindustanis’.
